Yummo - organic arugula, I know not only because it is grown in my back yard, but because I hand cleaned each leaf rubbing off and rinsing the aphids. So flavorful for lettuce, of course the girls didn't appreciate it. They are not gourmet like me:(If only that darned fence in MY backyard didn't separate me from MY arugula, I could have it any time I wanted :( (BTW, thanks Michelle :))
